it depends on what kind of videos u r storing. didnt u read the warranty of wat was covered due to heat or water damage? tapes can only take up to a certain amount of heat. there shouldnt be no heating ducts in the storing unit. if there is, u should go to the company and ask for a copy of the warranty and see wat the tapes are covered under, if not, go in ur storage room and take those bad boys out immediately. Yes they can be ruined in a hot building. absolutely! DO NOT PUT THEM IN THERE!
