when visa electron came out a lot of software had to be re written, so deoends what system they use, also its a debit only card and a lot of sites need credit cards as they guarentee the payment, if not enough funds. V/Electron, you can technically use on line to buy, then withdraw cash quickly and your bank then has an issue over whether to pay card transaction as its not on a card thats guarenteed why ,they don%26#39;t have sponsor much
