Why do babies, as little as 5 to 8 years old, and teenagers need a Cell Phone?

So they can reach out and touch someone

and keep in touch with mommy. Because their spoiled brats!! Rich parents like to show off their money thru their children..* they dont...well maybe the teenager, but really when i was a kid, i used payphones if I needed to call mom
