Has anyone else had service issues with this company. Mine went out 3 days ago dou to faulty installation and they tell me it will ba a week b/4 they will come fix it. Is this the worst service in the world or what. For the price they charge it is hust rediculous. My advice is to never get involved with this company. Me I%26#39;m stuck for the next year or have to pay off the contract to get rid of them,
