I recently purchased a set of wireless phone jacks, but can%26#39;t seem to get them to work. At first I plugged the base unit into a power strip that was close to my phone jack, but it didn%26#39;t light up. then I plugged it into an outlet around the corner from my phone jack and got a green light, but no red. I don%26#39;t have a outlet directly next to my phone jack.
Any helpful suggestions?

well you could have someone come out and check it out or you could take it bck to the store and ask someone about it
