"Designing" career? Can anyone give me a good advice on this?

Hi guys,

I am interested in majoring the designing field.

I am planning to be a designer that works with the dvd player designing, auto interior designing, etc.

I like desiging thing with my pride, and like impressing people by smart and beautiful creations.

But first, I want know, if this field makes good amount of money.

And is there fierce competetion?

And how diverse the fields are? (ex: auto designing, fashion designing, interior designing, etc.)

There is no such major as "the designing field." The closest thing to what you%26#39;ve explained is probably mechanical engineering with a concentration on materials or structures.
