it can%26#39;t be the type of disk. because i have use the same disks to burn movies from the computer and watch them on a different dvd player. any thing i record on tv i can only watch on the dvd recorder. i want to download to my computer so i can upload to my psp(i know thats a lot) Help!!

You need to finalize the disc. It should be one of the options on the recorder.
