would a pc or mac be the best choice in marking a carpc, and why would it be. also which one has the most supplies to make the computer all perfect...(like bluetooth, wifi, am/fm station, etc)

A mac-mini makes a perfect carputer. It can have wifi/bluetooth, etc. The only problem is that it%26#39;s not made for expansion.
If you have the space, a PC manufacturer that makes great computers is Shuttle. The size will be about 1/2 of a normal PC (maybe smaller), but you can add in cards, additional drives, etc.
